Limited Employee Access to Information
We have procedures and security levels that limit employee access to personally identifiable information to those with a business reason to know such information. The importance of confidentiality and customer privacy is addressed through standard operating procedures and special training programs. Appropriate disciplinary measures are taken to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Email is not secure. You should be very cautious when sending emails. Please do not include bank information, account numbers, social security numbers or any other confidential information in your email. An alternative is to contact the bank by postal mail or telephone.
